For those who know Randy and Ryan, the most common thing that is said about them is "How are you two brothers?" While being very different in personality and looks, Randy and Ryan have always shared the special bond of being brothers and were privileged to do so while only being one year&nbsp;apart.&nbsp;Randy is one of the most fun-loving people that Ryan knows, and Ryan has always envied his younger brother's energy and outgoing nature. Ryan will always cherish the childhood times spent together, including enjoying trips to Minocqua, playing baseball&nbsp;together, camping at Jellystone Park, and in more recent years passionately cheering on the Bucks as part of the Cream City Clash, the team's official fan squad. As the years continue to go by, Ryan is proud of the man Randy is becoming and looks forward to growing even closer to him and his wonderful family. Ryan is truly honored to have Randy as his best man as there is no one else Ryan would want to have in this role.

Patricia, my blonde hair, blue eyed, bombshell of a sister, was an obvious choice for Matron of Honor! I have always looked up to my sister in&nbsp;her determination and success&nbsp;to be way smarter than the rest of us. We shared a room for years, which I loved but I'm not so sure she did, and now we get to share our love for nursing together! Tricia is my best friend and we become closer each time we get to see each other. I am so lucky that this goofy, beautiful, Shark Bites fruit snacks loving sister of mine is my Matron of Honor!&nbsp;

Kayley has been apart of our family for about 9 years now and I am lucky enough to have her as my sister in law.&nbsp;Because she has been around for so long, she was always there for big events,&nbsp;when I would need advice or to&nbsp;talk about boys. That being said,&nbsp;I was SO excited to tell her about Ryan and how he was just so different and amazing! I am very excited that Kayley gets to be a&nbsp;part of another big event in my life, I couldn't imagine it any other way!&nbsp;

Jimmy is a real hoot and a joy for Ryan to be around. Jimmy is the closest to Kathleen among all of her siblings in terms of age and has inspired her awesome love of classic rock, who has in turn has helped Ryan get back into all of the great music of decades past. Ryan has loved getting to know Jimmy and talking sports with him, especially Marquette basketball. Ryan appreciates how Jimmy has welcomed him into their family and is pumped to be his new brother-in-law.

Valerie, the most recent addition to the Tardella family, took on the huge responsibility of marrying my brother Stephen. I love Valerie, not only because she made Stephen the happiest he has&nbsp;ever been, but more importantly because she is a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse too! She had a big impact on my decision to be a PICU nurse and I am very grateful for that! I am so excited to have Valerie be a&nbsp;part of our wedding day!

As Kathleen's oldest brother, Stephen is Kathleen's oldest brother. Ryan really appreciates Stephen's intelligent sense of humor and direct, to-the-point, no-nonsense approach to many aspects of life and is blessed to have Stephen become his new brother-in-law.

Ryan and Matt used to hang out way back in the day - like, kindergarten back in the day. Then they went to separate elementary and grade schools for eight years and never saw each again; until the second day of freshman year of high school when Ryan saw this kid wearing an Allen Iverson Philadelphia 76ers jersey and was like, hey, isn't that my best friend? Since then, Ryan and Matt&nbsp;have experienced many good times together, including enjoying high school, Wisconsin sports, Mayville nightlife, and some epic video game battles.

Alyssa was my&nbsp;first best friend. Our moms were friends when they were pregnant so we didn't really have a choice but luckily it worked out! Our relationship faced its first real test when I hit Alyssa in the face with a baby doll in preschool because she made me mad somehow. During&nbsp;that long time-out in the corner of the room, I did some serious thinking and I decided that I wanted Alyssa to be my best friend forever and I vowed to never hit her again. So far so good.

Erica and I have been best friends since Jr. Kindergarten. We were lucky enough to only be born a few days apart, so each year we shared a really sweet&nbsp;birthday party. We have learned so much from each other. When we were little I taught Erica&nbsp;how to defend herself with one swift kick&nbsp;if a man attacked her. I would like to take this opportunity to once again apologize to her dad, I had no idea Erica was such a quick learner. Although a foot shorter than me, Erica&nbsp;can work a room better than anyone I know with her HUGE personality!&nbsp;

Austin is one funny dude, and one of Ryan's most tenured friends. Ryan got to know Austin as Randy's friend who would come over to the Hurst house back in the early years of high school. Over time, Ryan stole Austin away from Randy and never looked back. Some of Ryan's most fun times have come while with Austin, and Austin has never failed to deliver the most interesting and hilarious takes on sports and life. As time has went on and these two&nbsp;have become busier with life and living in different states, Ryan wants Austin to know that he strongly values him, his wonderful wife Kasey, and both of their perspectives on college football and life, and hopes they have a big presence in his life for a long time.

I was lucky enough to become fast friends with Katie in volleyball camp the summer before freshman year of high school. I invited Katie to our lakehouse one weekend and on the way there we realized that her family has a house on the same lake, which has been awesome for us! One of my favorite things about Katie is her huge family, they all make fun of each other and are hilarious, and it always reminds me of my family. One summer when we&nbsp;were lab partners and&nbsp;had volleyball practice almost every day, we got really sick of each other. Even through that we were still best friends so that's pretty cool.&nbsp;

Billy and Ryan are such close first cousins that they simply refer to each other as "Cousin." While Billy was the oldest of the Hurst grandchildren growing up, the years have brought Billy and Ryan close&nbsp;together. Billy and Ryan both&nbsp;graduated from St. Norbert College, with Billy showing Ryan the ropes during Ryan's first (and Billy's last) two years there. Both Billy and Ryan share a love for family, beer, and helping others. Possibly&nbsp;Ryan's&nbsp;greatest achievement (besides getting Kathleen to marry him, of course)&nbsp;was joining Billy as&nbsp;part of the Cream City Clash,&nbsp;the official fan squad of the Milwaukee Bucks. Just like these Hurst cousins have stood side-by-side and cheered the Bucks on as part of that group, Ryan is honored to have Billy by his side on the upcoming big day.

As step-brothers who have grown up a lot since they met eleven years ago, Ryan is very proud of the young man Corbin has become and Corbin feels the same about Ryan, although Corbin could not be reached for official comment on that statement. Ryan sees a lot of himself in Corbin, except for the fact that&nbsp;Corbin is one of the smartest young people that Ryan knows. Ryan and Corbin enjoy bonding over family events, Wisconsin sports (especially the Badgers!), and classic Nickelodeon TV shows.

Megan, everyone's favorite Theta, and I met in volleyball camp going into freshman year of high school. She is the most competitive and driven friend&nbsp;I have. There were countless times when I would ask my mom for $20 and I would hear back, "you know Megan has been working since she was 13" and then she would go on to say how successful Megan will be, so thanks for that Meg. As two&nbsp;extremely proud Irish girls, Megan and I decided to run for Co-Presidents of Fenwick's Spanish club and we won (one of the proudest moments in my life). No matter what we were doing, from sitting on the couch watching&nbsp;White Chicks to traveling to Malta, we are constantly laughing and I look forward to many more years of this!

While not in the role of the best man, Matt may be the best man and human being that Ryan knows. Upon his and his family's return to Mayville from Iowa during freshman year of high school, Matt and Ryan became instant friends. After high school, Matt&nbsp;served his country in the&nbsp;Army for five years, including a deployment to Afghanistan. This could not keep these two apart and the two have grown closer since his return.&nbsp;Matt and Ryan love to&nbsp;bond over&nbsp;Wisconsin sports,&nbsp;country music, and The Walking Dead. Since returning to Wisconsin several years ago, Matt has inspired Ryan with his selflessness, kindness, positivity, fun-loving nature,&nbsp;and service to others, and&nbsp;is proof that nice guys do not finish last!

Hunter and I became fast friends when we met my senior year at Marquette. She is the sweetest wine drinking horse lover you will ever meet! Hunter is 1/2 of our favorite couple, she and Jon feel like our family and we&nbsp;are so lucky to have them live only a few minutes away!&nbsp;I am so blessed&nbsp;this beautiful Seattle girl is in my life! Ps. Hunter has the BEST dog. Shout-out to Linnea

While it might seem like Roger and Ryan's placement in neighboring rooms in Bergstrom Hall during their freshman year at St. Norbert College was done "randomly", the two&nbsp;may argue otherwise based on all the good times they have had as a result. While Roger was busy setting records while playing for the St. Norbert football team, Ryan was setting records while beating Roger in Mario Kart (Roger may or may not have a different version of the story)&nbsp;Over the years&nbsp;Ryan and Roger have maintained their bond over old-school video games, college football,&nbsp;the World Cup, and more video games.

Kelly was my roommate at Marquette for 4 years! Even though we have known each other since grade school, it wasn't until living in that teeny tiny dorm room that&nbsp;we became best friends.&nbsp;One night Kelly, who had the top bunk, woke up in the middle of the night in a panic because she thought her bed fell and crushed me on the bottom bunk. The worry in her voice said it all, I knew she really cared about me. I couldn't have gotten through college without THE&nbsp;amazing Kelly Watts. Feel free to move back to Milwaukee anytime, we can be roomies again and Ryan can just visit!&nbsp;

Carly is way cooler than the rest of us. She is Ryan's super cute and athletic step&nbsp;sister who is killing it in her first year of nursing school. Ryan always talks about meeting Carly for the first time when she was 7 and watching cartoons with her. He is so proud of everything Carly has accomplished and we both know she is going to make an awesome nurse!&nbsp;

Jon and his fiancee Hunter were the first of Kathleen's friends whom Ryan met after they started dating, and they made Ryan think that Kathleen must be all right because she seemed&nbsp;to have&nbsp;friends who had&nbsp;high character and all-around awesomeness.&nbsp;Ryan values Jon's care for others, southern charm, hilarious sense of humor, and love of good bourbon. Ryan, Jon, Kathleen, and Hunter share some pretty darn good times in Milwaukee and look forward to what the future holds together.
