Q + A

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Monday, August 10th, 2026.

Do I need to RSVP if I am not attending?

Yes. Please RSVP, even if you cannot attend the wedding. This will help us with last minute planning for seating arrangements and catering.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and on The Knot. No additional guests can be accommodated, due to limited venue space.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your little ones, but we are unable to accommodate children at the wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and on The Knot when you begin the RSVP process.

Are you offering a shuttle service?

We will be offering complementary shuttle services to and from the venue on the date of the wedding. The shuttle will stop at all of the hotel blocks listed on the Travel tab of our website. Shuttle services will begin around 4pm and continue until 11:30pm.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will both be held indoors, at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort and Spa. The ceremony will take place in the Eisenhower Room on the top floor of the Resort. After the ceremony, all guests will descend a flight of stairs one level below to attend cocktail hour in the Constitution Hall, First Ladies' Lounge, and on the Veranda. Elevator access is available, as well. The reception will take place on the same floor as cocktail hour in the Colonnade Ballroom.

Are the ceremony and reception spaces wheelchair accessible?

Yes. There is elevator access to the ceremony and reception locations. When booking your hotel room, please let the hotel know if you need a wheelchair accessible room.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes. There is free valet parking on site. You can tip the valet upon departure if you so choose.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Our ceremony begins at 5pm on 9/12/26. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place in the First Ladies' Lounge, Constitution Hall, and the Veranda between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails and small bites.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. There is also a bar at the Resort that will be open after the reception. We recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to go to the Resort bar afterward, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We plan on having an entree choice that's vegan, gluten and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Our reception will end around 11pm. We will not be hosting an after-party, but there is a bar on site at the Resort that will be open following the reception. Drinks are not covered at the bar following the reception, so please plan accordingly.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to one of the hotels listed on the Travel tab and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations through AirBnB, or other nearby hotels without the discounted rate.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 1010 General Forbes Road, Jeannette, PA 15644. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding ceremony?

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
