Will children be allowed?
Unfortunately, this event will be a child-free evening. Please take this opportunity to enjoy a good date night!
Will phones/cameras be allowed at the ceremony?
No, this will be an unplugged portion of the event. Please feel free to take any photos you'd like at cocktail hour and the reception. Please refrain from photos at the ceremony as we will have a photographer on site to capture the fun of the day.
What will be served?
We will be serving the BBQ from our venue's bar/restaurant across the road. It will include pulled pork/sliced brisket/pulled chicken with mac and cheese/baked beans/coleslaw and will come with both sweet and spicy BBQ sauces.
Will it be a cash or open bar?
For the evening we will have a full open bar for all guests to enjoy during the reception and cocktail hour.
When can I post photo's on social media?
We ask that you please wait to post your photos until the night after the wedding so we have a chance to share the news with others who could not attend.
Am I allowed a plus one?
Plus ones will be indicated on the RSVP if you are allotted one.
Where should I park?
Parking will be provided at The Venue at Old 30 directly outside of the building.
What will the weather be like?
With this the wedding in February it will be cold and it will be possible for snow to fall as it is the middle of winter. Please plan accordingly and stay safe!
When is the Wedding shower?
The wedding shower will be on August 9th, 2025 from 4 pm to 7 pm.
Where will the wedding shower be held?
Please see your online RSVP or reach out to a member of the wedding party, the bride, or the groom.
Who is welcome at the wedding shower?
This event will be slightly untraditional, as it will be Jack and Jill style. All of those invited to the wedding are invited to the wedding shower. Children are free to attend this event!
Will animals be present at the wedding shower?
On the day of the wedding shower, the bride and groom will have their 4 fur babies to participate in the day. Please feel free to give love to the rabbits and the dog!
Will the animals be present at the wedding?
Unfortunately, Nemo, Crush, and Binx will have to stay home on the special day but we will have hints about them throughout the day. Kristoff will be joining us at the beginning of the day for the ceremony, verifying the marriage certificate, and photos. Please feel free to give him all the love!

July 26th, 2025.
