You know how some of the best things in life happen when you least expect them? That's exactly how our story began. Kyle almost didn't make it to that Easter brunch – he had been working all day, but his friend Coutts persuaded him to join the group at Recess. Meanwhile, Keegan was doing that slightly awkward thing where you show up to a group event knowing basically one person (we've all been there!).

Thanks to our friend Scotty's knack for getting everyone together, there we were – two people who might never have met if not for a bunch of mutual friends and some Easter tequila. The conversation just clicked, and before we knew it, hours had flown by.

From that day on, we jumped into life together with both feet. We filled our days with everything from lazy afternoons on boats to epic travel adventures, and every moment just felt right. Big life decisions? We tackled them together. And when we finally moved in together, it only seemed natural to add a furry friend to our little family – enter Tuna, our beloved pup!

Looking back, it's funny how a simple "yes" to a friend's brunch invitation turned into the best decision we ever made. And here we are now, ready to start our next big adventure together.
