Can I leave personal belongings on the shuttle or trolley?

No, guests are not permitted to leave personal belongings on the shuttle or trolley as both will be depart after dropping off guests.

What will the weather be like?

Labor Day weekend in Chicago typically has highs in the low to mid-80s during the day and lows in the mid 60s at night. Weather is usually clear with some clouds and little rain. Our ceremony opens out to Lake Michigan so expect more wind by the lake.

What is the dress code for guests?

Guests should adhere to black-tie optional wedding attire. Women should wear dresses at knee length and men should wear a matching suit or tux. Please be mindful that our ceremony is in a religious setting and guest attire should be appropriately modest and respectful.

How much walking should I expect?

Guests should expect to walk short-to-moderate distances throughout our wedding day. The chapel is a short 3 minute walk from the parking deck and shuttle drop-off, and an 8-10 minute walk from the Loyola Red Line train station. Our social hour at Emporium Beercade is a 2-3 minute walk from our reception venue. Guests should opt for comfortable footwear they can stand and walk in throughout the day.

What colors are the wedding party wearing?

Bridesmaids are wearing burgundy/merlot and groomsmen are wearing eucalyptus/emerald. The bride is wearing white.

Is there anything I should bring to the wedding?

Please bring a valid I.D. as our venues require all guests to be 21 or older.

Is parking available at the ceremony?

Our ceremony venue has a parking garage close to the chapel that is available for guests to use. There will be a golf cart shuttle from the parking garage to the chapel for guests with mobility concerns.

Is there parking available at the reception?

Our reception venue has first-come, first-served street parking. All parking nearby is parallel parking. If you plan to drive, we recommend reserving a spot in advance with SpotHero.
