Back in early 2020 before the global pandemic started, Dylan randomly messaged Kynsley out of no where on social media where they had recently started being friends on a few platforms. Numbers were exchanged and after a few weeks of talking, a first date was planned. Dylan was an absolute gentleman and picked Kynsley up for her first date at her doorstep at her family home, and they went to a local LaGrange restaurant called Brickhouse. After taking Kynsley back to her house that night, the next day they met up again and ever since they have been inseparable.

They went through the first part of their relationship having a lot of “at home” dates due to the pandemic and everything being shut down. They always said if they could get through starting a new relationship during a pandemic, then they could get through anything, and boy is that true! The pandemic allowed them to truly get to know each other, and it also progressed their relationship quicker than most.

A few years later, in 2022 they found out they were expecting their first child together. Although this pregnancy was not planned, they were so excited to take on another chapter and season of life together. They knew this precious gift was apart of God’s plans for them. On September 29, 2022 they welcomed their beautiful baby girl into the world, miss Palmer Mae Johnson. Over the past 4 years they have experienced a global pandemic, job changes, family deaths, welcomed new little family members into both of their families, have had a few bumps in the road, but they have overcome everything that was put in their paths and it has made them stronger.

They are so excited for this new season of life they are going into together, and cannot wait to see what all God has in store for their lives and future marriage.
