The wedding reception will be held at the Boca Grande Club, so this is the most convenient of the locations at which to stay. Because each unit is privately owned there is no room block or special rate for wedding guests. This is a full-on resort with pool, tennis courts, restaurants, fitness center, etc. Villas are individually owned and come with certain restrictions (no pets), but all have full kitchens. A one-bedroom beachfront condo runs about $220/night and a two-bedroom unit $240/night.

Marina Village, which is owned by the resort but off-property to the north, runs $180 and $250 per night for a one-bedroom and two-bedroom unit, respectively. Additional charges may apply, including cleaning fees, taxes, and a one-time club membership fee of $75 plus tax.

The Boca Grande Resort is a motel-like facility in a boardwalk setting of small businesses with a convenience store/deli, restaurant, tiki bar and pool. A room block has been secured for wedding guests so be sure to tell them you are with the Cotherman/Wagenknecht wedding group. The no-frill rooms are one-bedroom units featuring a king or two-queen/double size beds for about $137/night plus tax. This facility is located within ½ mile of the Boca Grande Club.

The Gasparilla Inn & Club is a turn of the century hotel with surrounding cottages for families. It is the centerpiece of Boca Grande located four miles south of the Boca Grande Club. It has full resort amenities including multiple restaurants and bars, a beach club, spa, fitness center, Gulfside pool, championship golf course and tennis facility.

Also owned and run by the Gasparilla Inn & Club is the Innlet, which is a no-frill, motel-like facility with one or two bed options just to the north of the main building.
