Our dress code is semi-formal. For men this could mean suits or dress pants with a blazer and for women this could look like midi/cocktail dresses or dressy separates. We want everyone to be comfortable in what they wear and ready to hit the dance floor. We just ask that you refrain from wearing shorts or jeans.

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we simply can’t spatially accommodate for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one unless indicated on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

The Wedding Ceremony will be held at St. Thomas of Villanova Church which is located on Villanova University Campus. Please be sure to use this address, 800 E Lancaster Ave, Villanova, PA 19085, as there is another St. Thomas church down the street. There is parking located at a lot off of East Lancaster Ave across from the front of the church. There is a walking bridge that connects the parking lot to the front of the church. See the "Ceremony" Header under the "Travel" tab for a highlighted map and more info.

The Reception will be held at the Ivy at Ellis Preserve and its address is: 3749 Bridle Walk, Newtown Square, PA 19073

Both the Wedding and Reception will be held indoors, however during the cocktail hour there will be both an outdoor upper and lower porch available.

In Newtown Square, PA, July typically brings warm and humid weather, with highs in the mid-80s and lows in the low-70s.

Yes, we have blocks of rooms reserved at both the AC Marriot at Newtown Square & Hilton Garden in at Newtown Square, which are within walking distance of the venue. We also have a block at Courtyard Philadelphia Valley Forge/ King of Prussia, which is a little further away. More information on reservations and travel can be found in the Travel Section on our website.

We would recommend flying in & out of the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).

We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. There will be parking available at the ceremony, which is approximately a 15 minute drive from the reception venue. Two of the hotels we recommend & have blocks with are within walking distance of the reception space (See "Travel" tab for the hotels with which we have blocks).
