Our story began in sixth grade when we both chose to join the Deer Creek Band. However, it wasn't until ninth grade that we became friends and had other classes together. Tenth grade came and went, and our friendship grew closer but was purely platonic at first. Our junior year began and we started making up every excuse in the book to see each other like doing homework, writing songs, driving to Sonic after school, sitting by each other on the band bus, and partnering up for class projects.

We started dating in December of 2018, our junior year of high school, and the rest is history. In many ways, it feels like we've grown up together, tackling many life transitions such as graduating high school amidst the pandemic, attending different colleges in the city, and deciding our career paths.

For what feels like the larger part of our lives, we have been each other's best friend. Our love for one another is deep, true, and timeless. We cannot wait to experience life as husband and wife and are so blessed to be able to share our wedding day with family and friends who are so dear to us.
