Your invitation, which will be mailed later this year, will include the RSVP deadline. Please be sure to respond by the listed date so we can plan accordingly!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Bella Cosa, located at 3111 Masterpiece Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33898. Everything will take place at the same venue, so no need to travel between locations!

Invitations will be sent out later this year, and we kindly ask that you stick to the names listed on your invite. If your invitation includes “and guest,” then feel free to bring someone along. Otherwise, we’re keeping things intimate and appreciate your understanding!

You can fly into either Tampa International Airport (TPA) or Orlando International Airport (MCO). Both are approximately a 1.5-hour drive from the venue. Feel free to choose whichever works best for your travel plans!

We've reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Courtyard Winter Haven for the nights of February 28 and March 1. You can find all the booking details under the "Travel" section of this website. We recommend booking early to guarantee your spot!

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, with the cocktail hour taking place indoors. We recommend dressing comfortably for the outdoor setting. Don’t forget to check the weather before you pack!

We have a solid rain plan! The event will move indoors if the weather doesn’t cooperate—no need to worry.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM. We’re hoping to stick to the schedule, so please be punctual—anyone arriving after the ceremony begins will need to wait until it concludes to join us.

We’re asking for an unplugged ceremony, please keep phones and cameras away. We’ll share professional photos afterward!

Absolutely! We’ll have a full dinner, dessert, and an open bar. Come hungry and ready to celebrate.
