The easiest way we recommend traveling is flying to DFW International Airport or Love Field (A Southwest Hub). From there, you can hop on a very short (and cheap) connection to East Texas Regional Airport in Longview. Dallas is about 2 hours away from Pittsburg, and Longview is about 45 minutes.

If you are flying, you most likely will need to rent a car to travel to Pittsburg.

Pittsburg is a very small town with a quaint atmosphere. If you are looking for things to do, Dallas and Longview will be your best options! If you are flying into either of those cities, stay for a while and enjoy some fun things, places, and eateries!

In the "Accommodation" tab we have a few different places for you to stay in Mount Pleasant. They are roughly 20 minutes from the farm. If you prefer to stay in Longview or Dallas, closer to the airports, there are plenty of great hotels in those cities, just means a longer drive back. There are also some good AirBnB options for Pittsburg and Mount Pleasant!

This will be an outdoors celebration! It is winter, however, Texas has a very mild climate. Dress in whatever is most comfortable for you, but don't forget to check the weather!
