The Kings Head Hotel is an attractive 17th century coaching inn. There are 9 letting bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom or shower room. A 2 minute walk to the Church and reception.

Travel to Kirkbymoorside is easiest by car, but if you are travelling by train then the closet station is Malton via York, which is then a 20 minute taxi ride away from the Church. Once you do get to Kirkbymoorside, we're happy to say you won't be doing much more travelling, as the reception is just a short walk across from All Saints Church across the green to the Watson family home, where we will be for the remainder of the day through to the evening.

Your hosts at The Cornmill are Karen and Chris Tinkler. Julie - Charles' mum - knows Karen and she has been super helpful, so please do mention you're booking for the wedding. There are 5 non-smoking Guest Rooms at The Cornmill and 2 non-smoking Self Catering Holiday Cottage. Situated on the east side of Kirbymoorside, just off the A170 on the North side. It's a short 3 minute drive, or 15 minute bus journey on the 128 to the venue, alternatively you can walk, which takes about 15 mins.

A stone's throw from the church and our reception venue, The George and Dragon is a family owned and run hotel located in Market Place, Kirkbymoorside, they offer standard doubles, twins and family rooms and two spacious suites.

There are eight spacious and stylish guest rooms in the recently renovated Barn. Brickfields is a 15 minute walk to the venue, or a short 3 minute drive. Alternatively you can take the 128 bus, which takes about 20 minutes.

The 18th century coaching inn has 10 en suite bedrooms all individually decorated , including two premium rooms and one super king room. Kirkbymoorside is a 10 minute drive via the A170 or 15 minutes by bus on the 128.

The Fox & Hounds Country Inn

The Moors Inn has been trading as an inn since the 17th Century in the beautiful village of Appleton- Le Moors in the North York Moors. The inn features a cosy bar area complete with open fire. There are 8 en-suite rooms available, which are a a mixture of doubles and twins. The venue is best accessed via car and Kirkbymoorside is a 10 minute drive away, bus routes do not operate from this location.

The Feathers is a traditional inn on the bustling market square in the beautiful town of Helmsley, a 10 minute drive to Kirkbymoorside or 20 minute journey on the 128 bus. The Feathers has 23 en-suite bedrooms and three bars!

Kirkbymoorside is a 15 minute drive away.

High Park Farm, Kirkbymoorside, is located between Kirkbymoorside and Gillamoor, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, with views of the Vale of Pickering and the Howardian Hills. They offer one of our two bedroom suites, as well as two luxury self-contained cottages, one for 2 people, the other sleeps up to 6 people.

High Park Farm

If you're up for some Glamping, then head to Canadian Fields. The safari tents sleep 6-8 and come complete with log burning stove, electric lights and sockets, bed linen, toilet, shower, kitchenette, lounge, dining area and veranda. Own camping is also available. Kirkbymoorside is an 8 minute drive or alternatively is accessible via the 128 bus route, which takes 30 minutes.
