In July of 2022, one of Macy's friends Mackenzie mentioned Luke to her. Later, they began talking on Snapchat and quickly realized that they had a connection. In August of 2022, Macy asked Luke out on their first date to Chipotle. The next night, Luke went to Macy's house to ride four-wheelers and quickly realized that she was a special girl. The two grew closer and closer until Luke made it official on September 7th, 2022, after a nice dinner at Texas Roadhouse. After spending their final year of high school together, the two continued their journey into college life. After 2 years of dating, Luke and Macy took a trip to Benezette, Pa to look at the Elk where Luke surprised Macy by popping the question.
