✅ HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?
To RSVP for Maria & Aaron’s wedding, guests must complete the form below and submit a $50 per person room deposit with Just Book It Travel.

✅ DO I HAVE TO BOOK WITH JUST BOOK IT TRAVEL?
Yes! To attend our wedding events, please book through our website with Just Book It Travel. They manage our guest list, room block, and logistics—ensuring group discounts, concierge-level service, and flexible payments.
✅ WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?
We recommend May 9–13, 2026, to make the most of the destination and all the festivities! Group rates apply for up to 7 nights, based on availability. Want to extend your stay? Just Book It Travel can help!
✅ CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS?
Wedding events are invite-only, but you’re welcome to bring travel companions! For special requests, contact Maria & Aaron directly.
✅ ARE KIDS INVITED?

✅ WHAT IF I’M UNSURE OF MY EXACT TRAVEL DATES?
Book now and modify later! Changes are penalty-free until December 1, 2025. If you’re unsure, book for a longer stay and reduce nights before the final balance due date.
✅WHAT IF MY TRAVEL COMPANION ISN’T READY TO BOOK?
Reserve solo and add them later! Prices and availability change, so secure your room early. Solo rates may be slightly higher, but once your companion is added, the rate adjusts to double occupancy.
✅ WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
• $50 per guest deposit confirms your RSVP
• Optional monthly payments (not auto-drafted)
• Final balance is due by December 1, 2025
• All payments become non-refundable after December 1 unless travel protection is purchased
✅ CAN I PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?
Yes, and we highly recommend it! Travel protection covers cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and more. You can add it at booking or within 10 days, or choose independent coverage.
✅ WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
The final balance is due on December 1, 2025. Monthly payments are available if that’s helpful!
✅ WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
• Before December 1, 2025: Only the $50 deposit is non-refundable (refundable if you purchased travel protection).
• On or after December 1, 2025: All payments are non-refundable. To receive a refund, you’ll need to file a claim with your travel protection provider.
✅ WHAT IS CHECK-IN TIME?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can enjoy the pools, restaurants, and amenities while your room gets ready. We recommend packing swimwear in your carry-on.
✅ WHAT DOES “ALL-INCLUSIVE” MEAN?

✅ HOW CAN I FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?
Use Google Flights to track price changes and book directly with airlines for flexibility and better customer service.
✅ DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO BOOK?
No, but you will need a valid passport to travel. Apply early—expedited processing can take 10–12 weeks!
✅ DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes. Ensure your passport is valid for the full duration of your stay.
✅ WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
✅ IS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED?
Transportation is not automatically included, but wedding guests get a discounted rate of $50 round trip per person. This is a shared, nonstop service exclusively for wedding guests. You’ll be grouped with other attendees arriving/departing at the same time—no random stops! You can add this during your booking or by emailing info@justbookittravel.com. Be sure to submit your flight info at least 40 days before your trip.
