This is a very popular summer retreat! While our RSVP's are not due until June 1st, we recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible! In downtown Charlevoix, all of the hotels are on the north side of a draw bridge. There are frequent lengthy delays to cross the bridge due to boat traffic. Please add additional travel time on the day of the wedding!

Day-After Wedding Bash

Below are the available hotels in downtown Charlevoix, There are still plenty of airbnb's that sleep 2-6 people as well! If you choose to book your lodging in East Jordan, Petoskey or Boyne City instead of Charlevoix and would still like to utilize the shuttle service, please reach out to Mark or Katie! We will try to add your address to our shuttle service schedule :)

In order to book in this block, the cut off date is April 26th, 2022! This is our main wedding block! It is a pet friendly hotel as well! If you call to reserve, it is under Boxell instead of Meyer-Malian

Charlevoix Inn and Suites

Book through the link provided here! We do have a block here as well This hotel does require a three night minimum. This is a more boujee hotel experience! If you want to stay here but are balling on a budget, you may look in to sharing a room with another couple!

Hotel Earl of Charlevoix

Additional Lodging Option Condominium style, the rooms left for our dates sleep 4! We stayed here when we visited and it is more of an apartment feel rather than a hotel. Walking distance to restaurants/shops

This will be a complementary service for our guests who book at the hotels listed above. The shuttle will be available to take guests to Castle Farms, and bring you back to the hotel after the reception!

Mackinaw Shuttle Service

Travel

We are offering a free shuttle service to prevent drinking and driving! Once we have a better idea of the hotels everyone is staying at, we will create a shuttle schedule for pick-ups prior to the ceremony Even if you drive yourself to the venue, you can still utilize the shuttle service after the reception! Castle Farms allows you to leave your car at the venue, and pick up on Sunday morning after 10am. Please no drinking and driving! Please check back here to find the shuttle schedule soon!
