Our Wedding

Hi! It’s Reese and Mason, and this is our story! We both grew up in Springfield, and, despite attending the same schools, we didn’t meet until 2018 when we had a math class together. It wasn’t until 2020 that we started talking, and eventually began dating in August of that year. Our first year together was full of school dances, vacations, and concluded with the gift of a promise ring on our one year anniversary. Our second year together consisted of many soccer games, even more vacations, and a lot of life changes. Mason started working full time and Reese began college. On Christmas of 2022, Reese received her second promise ring. In 2023, we adopted our first born, Maverick the Ausidoodle. We’ve had so many moments that became memories we’ll always hold close. We didn’t just grow on our own—we grew together, and every step made our bond even stronger. In 2024, we moved in together and Mason knew it was time to give into Reese’s wishes and propose. So, the planning of doing the absolute impossible (surprising Reese) began. Mason designed the ring, brought in family and close family friends as his accomplices, and a plan was devised. On March 22, 2025 Mason proposed to Reese and surprised her with an engagement party that same night. Reese finally got to book the wedding venue she’d had picked out for over a year.Now, as we plan for the future, we’re so excited for what’s ahead. Whether you’ve known us since childhood, watched our friendship grow, or been part of our story as a couple, we’re grateful for every moment that led us here. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you on our very special day!

Ashleigh has been in my life since I was 2 years old. She is my first ever best friend, and still to this day is someone very close to me. Ashleigh and I have been through everything together. She is someone I would count more as a sister than a friend. She is someone who I count on to be honest to a fault... even though I don't listen sometimes. I could go on and on about funny stories and vacations, but just know I am so very thankful to have her in my life.

Sophia and I met in elementary school and became friends in middle school. Lets just say I am surprised she put up with me this long, and is here to celebrate this milestone with me. After all the track seasons, boy drama, and punching (her and lockers—long story I'm sure you will hear later) I am very excited to experience my perfect day with her.

Dallas is my built in best friend. She is my baby sister. She has been with me through thick and thin. She is my biggest supporter, even on the days where she may feel like my worst enemy. I can not imagine my day without this goofball by my side. At least this is one dress she won't be stealing. 

Dallas Hertel 

Gabi is my soon to be sister in law! I am so excited that we are getting married in the same year. I have loved getting to know this girl, and look forward to hanging out with her for the rest of our lives. Not going to lie the handicap sticker comes in clutch sometimes, but she is so much more valuable than that. She is one of the sweetest, most compassionate people I know. I cherish our talks and I am so excited to share the same last name.

Gabi Shull 

Jacie and I met in high school, but we did not become besties until a few years ago. We found out that we are basically the same person. She is my run away and take shots in the corner while everyone else said no more alcohol. My fall in the shower after a long night of drinking girl. I can not wait to celebrate my special day with my drinking bud!

When I met Em, we clicked right away. Em has been a family friend of the Elmer's for a long time. She is so sweet and feels more and more like family everyday. She is my tequila shot buddy and is always down to party. I always enjoy a good lake day with her. I can't wait to party it up with my girl!

Emiley Fritz

Max is my older brother and someone who has always been there for me, even if we haven’t always been the closest. Life has a funny way of bringing things full circle, Max and I are both getting married this year, and we’re standing as best men in each other’s weddings. I’m grateful to have him by my side for such an important day.

Max Elmer 

AJ and I became friends a few years ago when he started dating Ashleigh, who happens to be Reese’s best friend and Maid of Honor. Through that connection we quickly hit it off, and over time he’s become one of my closest friends. I’m excited to have him standing with me on this big day.

AJ Parr

Ross is Reese’s younger brother, and I’ve had the privilege of watching him grow up over the years. Somewhere along the way, he became like a younger brother to me too. Having him as part of the wedding party feels natural, and I’m excited to share this day with him.

Elijah is one of my close friends, and we’ve spent countless hours gaming and hanging out together. He’s always up for a good time, and I’m glad to have him standing by my side on the big day.

Devin is one of my close friends and a longtime gaming buddy. We met while working together at a car dealership, where we were constantly finding ourselves in some kind of shenanigans. One of the more memorable moments may or may not have involved drifting a golf cart on an iced-over rock. I’m glad to have him here to make even more memories.

This high-rise glass tower hotel has rooms and suites with balcony views, as well as 2 swimming pools and on-site dining. The Hilton Hotel is adjacent to the Branson Convention Center. Rooms at the hotel have floor-to-ceiling windows and a walk-out balcony offering views of Central Branson, Lake Taneycomo or the Ozark Mountains. Guests will find separate sitting areas and work desks with executive-style chairs. Some rooms have refrigerators or sofa beds. The seasonal outdoor pool has lounge areas, fire pits and private cabanas for guest use. The year-round indoor pool has a hot tub. There’s also a fitness center in the hotel, a business center and comfortable fireside seating in the atrium lobby. The Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel has an on-site Level 2 Steakhouse. The Clear cocktail lounge offers food and drinks overlooking the outdoor pool and lounge area. In-room dining and poolside service is also available The Branson Landing waterfront shopping and entertainment district is a short walk from the hotel. The Titanic Museum and many live music theaters are 4 miles away. Table Rock State Park is 9 miles away.

Hilton Branson Convention Center

Situated on Lake Taneycomo in Branson Landing, this Hilton is only 3 miles from Tanger Outlet Mall. It has a large indoor pool and offers spacious guestrooms with luxury bedding. Rooms at the Hilton Promenade Branson Landing have rosewood furnishings and flat-screen TVs with movie channels. They include a well-lit work desk and come equipped with a coffee maker and a small refrigerator. The Branson Restaurant serves international cuisine made from fresh locally sourced products. Level 2 Steakhouse and the cocktail lounge Clear are located across from the hotel at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. The Hilton Promenade Branson Landing is a 10-minute drive from Payne Stewart Golf Club and is 5 miles from the theatre district. Private parking is available on request.
