For all guests there is free on-site parking.

Our ceremony will be outside, while cocktail hour will be outside under a covered area. The reception to follow will take place inside. Guests will be able to walk on a paved walkway, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For this reason please keep in mind the shoes you choose to wear.

Yes, we have reserved room blocks.

We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. If you plan to partake in the alcohol served, please plan accordingly.

Northwest Arkansas National Airport is the closest, located in Bentonville, Arkansas.

We would love for our family and friends dress up with us. So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi formal attire. Please refrain from wearing jeans, hats, tennis shoes, flip flops, athletic gear, and t-shirts.

The weather in May is typically moderate, ranging from 60s-80s.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we would like to keep the guest list to just those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Although we love your children, we kindly ask this be an adults-only event. We are only able to accommodate children of close family, who are named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be serving hors d'oeuvers at cocktail hour, followed by food trucks for the reception. Trucks will include woodfired pizza, served with salad, available with gluten free crust. For dessert, there will be an ice cream truck, with a lactose free flavor option.

There will not be an open bar. We will be serving beer and wine only, covered by us.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Our wedding will take place at The Osage Reserve, on May 24, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap up around 11pm.

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the start time to ensure you have enough time to park and walk to your seat.

We kindly ask that during the ceremony phones stay off, we have spent the money on a excellent photographer and would like for them to be able to get the shots they need. We would like our guests to truly be in the moment.
