Megan and Brent brief overview:

We went to the same Catholic church growing up at Corpus Christi. We remember seeing each other during the R.E classes and finished communion and confirmation the same year.

Middle school- The only class we had together in middle and high school was 6th grade social studies and P.E. We were in different friend groups throughout grade school but knew of each other. Brent tried to impress Megan with his basketball skills but unfortunately, Megan was not impressed.

While we had different friend groups and hobbies, we were always attracted to each other. Megan was a cheerleader for basketball and cheered for Brent's team (Altadena Panthers) play in 7th and 8th grade.

High school-

We saw each other around campus at DV but participated in different extracurricular activities. Brent played baseball while Megan was on the cheer team.

After high school,

We both took different paths but ended up connecting after college. We were both born again Christians and active in Church small groups. Brent reached out to Megan and asked her out on a date. The first date, they met at Level ONE Arcade. After Megan crushed Brent in GoldenTee (golf) we sat outside and read Brent's 'The Life and Teachings of Jesus of Nazareth' book. We instantly felt a strong connection through Christ and shared our testimonies of being Christian.

Our connection through God has been the foundation of our relationship. We love, drawing, playing pickleball, basketball, and reading the bible together.
