George and Megan met at The Pennsylvania State University. George was in his sophmore year studying Animal Sciences while Megan was in her freshman year studying Nutritional Sciences. They had their first date at the Penn State Berkey Creamery and Megan vividly remembers George picking her up in his 1973 Newport Chrysler. Since then the two have shared many laughs, trips, and memories together. 


George proposed to Megan on December 28th, 2022. It was in front of the State College Christmas tree, a place that holds many special memories for the couple. Shocked, and surrounded by family, she could not have asked for a better day.


Megan continued on with Penn State after her undergraduate years to receive her Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. George is continuing to pursue his veterinary degree at Penn Vet and will be graduating soon! Both are looking forward to settling down and can’t wait for many more laughs, trips, and memories together.
