Our story begins in Indianapolis on November 7th, 2021 where we met at work. When Megan moved to Indiana, her father told her his one rule was that she was not allowed to date her coworkers... that didn't go as planned. Sean was immediately smitten with Megan when she walked into the lab on his first day and pelted her friend with a wad of paper, clearly a very serious employee.

Over the next few months, Sean built up the courage to ask Megan out on a date, which she declined. She was planning on moving away the following summer for grad school and was hesitant to date a coworker. However, with respectful persistence and hope, Sean wooed Megan over with thoughtfulness and a witty sense of humor. Within a few weeks, Megan changed her mind and gave Sean a chance. The first date didn't go quite as planned, Sean had COVID and Megan dropped off Five Guys burgers while we chatted over Zoom.

We had 7 months left together before Megan moved away to Denver and spent that time going on many dates, eating lots of food, and adventuring together. Megan moved away in August and we spent the next 10 months long-distance dating, traveling back and forth regularly to visit.

Sean quickly grew tired of long-distance and made the move out to Denver to be closer to Megan. Since then, we have loved our new mountain home in Colorado and look forward to sharing our home with all of you.
