Michael and Jessica met at the University of Colorado, Boulder through mutual friends in the fall of 2018. They eventually started dating in 2019 and got engaged in November, 2023.

They enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, pottery, playing board games, and camping with their two cats!
