Attire: Summer playful · beachy · comfortable
We warmly invite all guests who are able to arrive by Friday to join us for a relaxed gathering the evening before the wedding.
We’ll come together to build a simple, shared nature altar, offer blessings and intentions, and enjoy time connecting before the big day. This is a casual, come-and-go evening centered around ease, presence, and community.
You’re welcome to enjoy the beach, gather around the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, or simply wander the grounds. There’s a swing set for the kids and friendly animals to visit (donkey, goats, and chickens).
Food will be informal and abundant in spirit—we’ll be grilling grass-fed hot dogs and sharing fresh fruit, and you’re welcome to bring anything you’d like to enjoy or share.
Parking Note:
Parking will be located about 5 minutes from the venue at Deer Harbor Community Club (4319 Deer Harbor Rd, Eastsound, WA 98245). From there, you’ll be met by friendly faces who will shuttle and escort you to the venue. Please allow an extra 10–20 minutes for this transition.
We would love to see you on Friday if your travels allow 🤍
Wedding Day
Saturday, July 25, 2026
3:30 PM–10:00 PM
Pebble Cove Farm
3341 Deer Harbor Road, Eastsound, Washington, 98245, United States
Attire: Lightweight, breathable summer-dressy attire in earthy or festive tones — comfortable for playing on the beach and dancing in the grass.
Guests are asked to arrive for parking between 3:30–4:00 PM.
Important Parking Note:
Parking will be located about 5 minutes from the venue at Deer Harbor Community Club (4319 Deer Harbor Rd, Eastsound, WA 98245). From there, you’ll be met by friendly faces who will shuttle and escort you to the venue. Shuttles will run from 3:30–4:10 PM, so please plan to park within that window. Please allow an extra 10–20 minutes for this transition so you can arrive settled and on time.
Guests will begin arriving to the land around 4:00 PM to mingle, enjoy a cold drink (we’ll be offering creative botanical elixirs along with flat and sparkling water—alcohol will not be served), and find a comfortable place to sit while taking in the beauty of the Salish Sea and the magical setting of Pebble Cove Farm.
The wedding ritual will begin at 4:30 PM, serenaded by Rafe Pearlman and officiated by husband-and-wife team Adam and Jane Baer.
For the ritual, the first rows of guests will be seated on cushions on the grass, with chairs available in additional rows and for anyone who prefers them. When choosing what to wear, comfort and ease of movement are key—bare feet are welcome. Some dinner seating will also be on cushions on the ground.
Following the ritual, we’ll enjoy light snacks and time to mingle before dinner is served at approximately 6:30 PM.
As the evening unfolds, we’ll gather for a song circle and open mic, then celebrate with live music, DJ sets, dancing, and singing into the night.
Kids are absolutely welcome.
We cannot wait to celebrate with you.
Note: Gifts are not necessary, but if your heart feels called, cash is genuinely helpful and will go directly toward the wedding. What we would treasure most, though, is a card with something real in it—words we can return to year after year and feel all over again.
Community Cleanup!
Sunday, July 26, 2026
9:30 AM–12:00 PM
Before everyone heads home, we’ll gather Sunday morning for a simple cleanup and reset of the property — picking up décor, tidying the grounds, and making sure the space is cared for.
.
If you’re still on the island and would like to help, we’d be so grateful. Come for a few minutes or stay longer. Kids are welcome.

It feels meaningful to us to close the weekend by tending the land that held our celebration.
A Threshold in Time
July 25th is known in the 13-Moon calendar as the “Day Out of Time.” It is the one day of the year that sits between cycles, belonging to no month and no week, a pause before a new year begins.
We loved the symbolism of a day that exists between cycles to mark the beginning of our marriage. Like the Day Out of Time itself, a wedding is a moment that stands between chapters, honoring all that has brought us here while opening the door to a new story we will write together.
We are grateful to share this threshold with the people we love most.
