It all began when we both swiped right 12+ years ago. We “matched” on more than one dating app. After years of keeping in contact via text messaging, social media and an occasional phone call, we finally made plans to go on our first date.

Our first date was unforgettable and one we continue to laugh about! We will forever have a special place in our hearts for Chili’s. Whether it was the way we laughed together, the perfect conversation, or the simple joy of spending time in each other's company, we knew this was the start of something beautiful.

Fast forward to May 8th, 2024, Johnny surprised me with the perfect proposal. Johnny knew I had some requests for the proposal; not on a holiday, not around a lot of people, not at a sports game and he couldn’t have picked a better spot. We were on a trip to Charleston, South Carolina. Johnny suggested riding electric bikes to the pier before our dinner reservation. Unbeknownst to me, I was able to capture the proposal on video. I suggested propping my phone up to record a video that we could later screenshot for a picture. Johnny waited until the Aquarium custodian had left and it was just the two of us overlooking the Cooper River. I said "yes," and the excitement of beginning this next chapter in our lives started to feel so real!

Throughout our relationship, we've grown together in so many ways. We've traveled, laughed, faced challenges, and supported each other every step of the way. We believe that love is not just about the big moments, but about building a life together, one beautiful day at a time.

Now, as we prepare to say "I do," we couldn't be more excited to share our love and commitment with all of you. Our wedding is just the beginning of the rest of our lives together. We can’t wait to create new memories, share more laughter, and love each other endlessly as we begin this next chapter.
