As you may know, we met on a warm, July night at one of our favorite college bar patios in Winona, MN. Neither of us were looking for something serious, but it was clear from that first night that we were meant to be in each other's lives.

When we first started dating it was hard to ignore how similar we looked (peep the photo with the matching curly hair and big smiles) and had a good laugh when our genetic testing showed that we were both primarily German, but from different regions.

Not long after that first whirlwind summer, Phoebe moved to St Paul to pursue her nursing career with Adam following her to the big city a couple of months later.

The pandemic brought us closer quickly, and we continued to grow over the last 6 years in so many ways. We love cooking together (well more so a head chef/ sous chef combo) and hiking (including time in the Smokey Mountains and the Canadian Rockies).
