115 Days To Go!

When should I arrive/leave?

Whenever works for you! We have the Air Bnb/venue from Friday 9/11- Tuesday 9/15. Ideally arriving Friday would be the best because then you can participate in all the activities (Yellowstone Day Saturday, Rehearsal, etc.). We ask that you please at least be there by Saturday evening for the Rehearsal/Welcome Party if possible! However, if you can only be there for Sunday (wedding day) that is totally okay as it is the most important day after all! You could leave Monday or Tuesday, whatever works for you. Monday will be a chill day and will end with a trip to Chico Hot Springs for swimming and dinner!

Where will I be staying?

If you are in the wedding party, you will be staying at the Air BnB with the bride and groom! Otherwise, there is a very nice KOA nearby, other Air BnB's in the area, or there is Chico Hot Springs nearby. See the "Travel" page for more info.

Is there transportation for the weekend events?

Since some people are local we should have lots of cars available for rides, however, with the day trip to Yellowstone, it may be ideal for some people to rent cars and split with others so every one can join! This can be decided later once we know how many cars we plan to have and how much space we have. Please text the bride if you need transportation and we can figure it out!

What should I wear to the wedding?

The attire is business casual: look nice, but nothing super formal. For men, no ties or suits are necessary, but please no jeans. For women, slacks, skirts, or casual dresses work, formal attire dresses are not necessary!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we kindly ask that you refrain from taking their own pictures. We have hired a photographer to take amazing pictures, and want our guests to be fully present during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us!

I’m confused, why are there 2 registry pages on this website?

Rachel and Logan have 2 wedding websites (one for the MT wedding, and one for their NY family celebration), and emails did not match up well for the websites and the registries to link. On the “Registry” tab you will find the link for our New Home Fund (something very important to the couple) and on the “Additional Registries” tab you will find details on where the happy couple are actually registered for wedding gifts (Amazon and Crate & Barrel). If you would like to give a gift to the couple, you will have to look up their registry online on those websites, but if you wish to contribute to the New Home Fund, you can do that on the “Registry” tab! But PLEASE do not feel obligated to do either as we are just happy to have those closest to us there to celebrate our special weekend!!

Do I need to do the full Yellowstone itinerary? That is a long day!

No you do not have to do everything! We made a ROUGH, itinerary so that we could stay on schedule and hit some of the popular spots with whoever wants to join! We know 7:30-3 is a long day, especially if you have kids, so you are more than welcome to only do part of it, or go completely off on your own. It is a big park and in order to hit some of the main spots it is a lot of driving so we understand it if seems like too much! We can adjust the day of and as the day progresses as well and see how people are feeling. We made the end time ~3pm so that people could get back in time to relax for a little and get ready for the Welcome Party, but it is up to your preference if you want to get back sooner or later than that!
