Garrett & Savannah met in January 2019 and started like every great love story... at the bar. Savannah was working and Garrett came in for a drink. After a couple times of them crossing paths at the bar, eventually their snapchats were exchanged and have been inseparable ever since. They moved in together that December, where Savannah was first introduced to Garrett's daughters, Violet & Bryn. They clicked instantly and have so much fun together.

On December 8th, 2022, Garrett called Savannah while she was at work and asked if she could leave a little early because he shot a deer and needed help finding it. In her true fashion she said, "can't you just call one of your friends to help you, it is cold out." He told her she would be fine, to dress warm and meet him where he was hunting. When she got there, Garrett was waiting for her to walk the mile to where he "thinks it might be." Walking into the grassy area, he told her to walk one way and he will walk around the other way and "meet by that big tree, I think that is where it stopped." Coming up to the tree, she noticed a nice set of antlers with a note saying, "Will you marry me?" Completely in shock and overwhelmed with excitement, she said yes!
