Scott and Dayna met online in 2014 when they were living in and around Madison, WI. While there had been multiple opportunities to meet in-person, Dayna and Scott did not formally meet during their years in Madison. It was not until a global pandemic shut down the entire country that Dayna and Scott re-kindled and reconnected in 2020. Scott trekked to Kewaunee, WI where Dayna showed him her love for Lake Michigan, beach combing, and introduced him to the Schneider family. The following weekend, Dayna traveled to Verona to experience dirt-bike racing, hunting and fishing, and meeting the Rohlfing family. The rest of the year was spent behind a windshield making the most of their weekends together as they traveled between Kewaunee, Milwaukee, and Verona. While there have been MANY changes including: new jobs, multiple moves, adding a second (and third) four-legged friend to the mix, and purchasing their first home; their love for the outdoors has remained consistent throughout their relationship. They have a lofty goal of visiting all 63 National Parks (in the continental US), and have been to 15 of them thus far.

Scott and Dayna have grown drastically since matching in 2014, meeting in 2020, and becoming engaged in 2022. The future is so bright! They look forward to sharing their special day with family and friends on October 5, 2024. So come on in, “find your park,” and raise a glass to the Rohlfings!
