Seth and Maile met through their mutual friend Rosie! Rosie was staying the weekend with Maile in Bozeman and suggested that they roadtrip to Billings to visit friends. Their original hosts were sick with covid so they stayed at a house of Rosie's nursing classmates that happened to include Seth and Kate (bridesmaid)!

Maile came back to Billings the next week to visit friends (definitely not Seth) and they went on their first date to Stella's for breakfast!

The next week Seth asked Maile to be his girlfriend and they began their relationship! The next few years were full of many trips back and forth to see each other until Maile's move in 2023.

At sunset on Owen Beach in Point Defiance Park... He proposed!
