How it all began...


Sielle and Travis first met back in 2013 when they both attended their conformation class that was held at Holy Spirit Catholic Community. With Sielle being in eighth grade and Travis being a freshman at Plainfield North highschool, the two communicated through a mobile app called KIK. As the two got to know each other by playing the infamous 20 questions daily, they soon became interested in one another. The two continued to communicate and started carpooling to confirmation together.


Sielle attended PNHS in 2014 and Travis jumped at the opportunity. Travis was very shy when the two first started talking but he soon warmed up to Sielle and her extroverted family. Travis asked Sielle out for the first time in the fall of 2014 and the rest is history!


Sielle and Travis navigated their way through all the obstacles high school had to offer. The two always knew they had love for one another and worked through their battles to continue their relationship. Sielle and Travis attended many homecomings and proms together. The two enjoy looking back at their memories and reminiscing on how they are so lucky they got to grow up together.


In 2017, Travis left to continue his education at St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI to study business while Sielle finished her senior year at PNHS. Although Sielle was heartbroken that Travis had left for college, she was hopeful that they would continue to date. Sielle knew that they were each others forever and trusted the process as Travis started his college journey. During Travis's college journey he has met some of his best friends, including Brayden Van Ess, who will be Travis's best man.


In 2018 Sielle attended the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh to study Nursing. The couple continued to support one another and Travis was extremely supportive as Sielle started nursing and powered through each semester. They made an effort to see each other once every 3-4 weeks while they were achieving their college degrees. The two enjoyed meeting each other's friends and supporting one another throughout each new experience.


Both Sielle and Travis graduated from their universities with their desired degrees and started in the real world with their careers! Travis is currently working as a purchasing and forecasting for Xtreme Sports Nutrition, while Sielle is currently working as a labor and delivery nurse at Edward Elmhurst hospital.


After 8 years of dating the couple was finally able to move in together and received their new apartment keys March 16, 2023. Both sides of the family helped the couple move in on March 18, 2023. After everyone left after moving the two in Travis got down on one knee and asked Sielle to be his wife.


Sielle and Travis have grown up together and now they get to grow old together. The highschool sweethearts knew this day would come and cannot wait to celebrate their special day with you!
