Q + A

What is the dress code?

Our wedding is Black tie optional attire with a spring-inspired touch. Think elegant suits and gowns, with light fabrics, florals, or colors that celebrate Medellín—the City of Eternal Spring, (just don't forget we are not a costal city, more like right in the middle of mountains) 🌸 Please note: beige/champagne tones are reserved

Where will the ceremony take place?

The ceremony will be at "Parroquia Beato Mariano de JesĂşs Eusse Hoyos" (Blessed Mariano de JesĂşs Eusse Hoyos Parish)

Where is the reception?

The reception will be 7 minutes away from the church at a nearby venue called "Cielo Alto". It offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, but most of the celebration will take place indoors.

What should I know about the weather?

MedellĂn is known as the City of Eternal Spring, expect warm days and cool evenings. We suggest bringing a light layer, just in case the evening breeze joins us!

What is the local currency in Colombia?

The local currency is the Colombian Peso (COP). While credit cards are widely accepted in many places, cash is still very common, and some shops, taxis, and smaller restaurants may only accept cash. We recommend carrying some pesos on hand for convenience.

What about dietary needs?

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We want to make sure you can enjoy the night fully!

Need a local for more info?
