Sophia and Nolan met in high school and luckily their paths crossed again years later. Sophia recognized Nolan in Harpers Ferry and casually asked him to hang out... to which he HAPPILY accepted. After hours and hours of talking, laughing, and dancing the night away, Nolan knew there was more to this random encounter. Blowing off a concert with friends the very next day to hang out Sophia and her family, he quickly realized there was a future with this beautiful girl. Enjoying the river, games, and hanging out at the beach that day was just the beginning to their future.

They both quickly knew that they had found "the one" when every waking hour (when not working of course) was spent together at the river or one of their houses.

Fast forward a few months, Nolan asked Sophia to move in with him, and (once again... casually of course) her toothbrush made its way to its place next to his in his new home he had just purchased.

And... if you know them....a dog quickly was added to the mix! And then another....and then another...

Nolan knew from the beginning that he was going to marry this girl and told his family as much. After asking permission from Angie and BK, Nolan created a secret plan to propose in the exact spot they initially met, Harpers.

On a beautiful day in April, Nolan tricked Sophia into 'looking at a place at Harper's to rent for the summer' and 'since we are here, we might as well do family pictures...'. Surrounded by their friends and family, Nolan got down on one knee and asked Sophia for forever and the rest is history....

Currently, Nolan works for Imperial Roof Systems, West Union, and Sophia is finishing her degree to become a vet tech (and good thing with all the animals in both families)! In their spare time, the couple enjoys spending time at the river, hanging out with friends and family, date nights with good food, movie nights, entertaining at their home, and playing the "Golf" card game daily!

They are so excited to tie the knot with their closest friends and family and thank you all for being a part of their amazing love story.
