A Note to Our Guests

We recommend that you book your accommodations as soon as possible as the Napa Valley fills up fast. Areas close to St. Helena are Calistoga, Yountville and Napa. Below are a list of the more affordable places to stay. We've found that many hotels require a minimum 2 night stay, in the immediate area, so you may want make a weekend of it. This is the biggest airport in the area with lots of rental car options. It's also the most far away. With SF traffic, it'll be about 1 hr 45 min drive to the venue area.

San Francisco International Airport

This is the most budget-friendly option, but requires a minimum two night stay.

El Bonita Motel

Oakland International Airport is the most convenient airport in terms of location to Napa, as it's in the east side of the Bay area. With traffic, you're looking at a little under an hour and a half drive to the St Helena area in Napa.

Located in Calistoga, this about a 15 minute drive to the venue.

There will be three food stations from where you can serve yourself as much tacos, pizza and sliders your tummy desires. Don't worry my vegan and veggie friends, there will be options for you..

There will also be limited seating and gravel floor so wear comfy shoes.
