Q + A

Where will the wedding be held?

Our celebration will take place entirely outdoors, so please dress with the weather and setting in mind. The ceremony will take place in the Wedding Garden at Wine & Roses Resort. Following the ceremony, guests will be transported via our complimentary shuttle to our family home just up the street, where the reception will continue the celebration.

Is there a dress code?

Think Garden Formal: our ceremony and reception will be outdoors in a beautiful garden, so we’d love for guests to embrace the romantic, nature-inspired vibe with flowing fabrics, soft colors, and dressy details. This dress code is formal but not black tie—think midi or long dresses, a dressy jumpsuit for women and for men, a suit with a button-down and jacket (ties are optional). Florals, cheerful colors, and even a patterned tie or pocket square fit perfectly with the setting. Since we’ll be outside, choose shoes that work on grass or gravel (block heels, wedges, or flats are ideal), and consider a light sweater or wrap for the evening. Reminder, steer clear of whites/creams. Save those colors for the bride!

What time should I arrive?

Kindly plan to arrive to Wine & Roses at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled in. Please note that entry will not be permitted once the ceremony begins.

Where do I park?

Guests who are driving are kindly asked to park in the Wine & Roses parking lot. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the reception to ensure the venue remains accessible and uninterrupted for the celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

When should I rsvp?

To help us plan a wonderful celebration, please let us know if you’ll be joining us by March 1st, 2026. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

If we don’t receive your RSVP by the requested date, we’ll unfortunately need to mark your response as a 'no'. While we’ll truly miss celebrating with you, it’s essential that we meet our vendors’ deadlines for the final guest count. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Are children invited?

While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that this celebration remain an adults-only occasion, with the exception of the bridal party.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly and utilize our complimentary shuttle service from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!
