Each time our family goes, we typically look for places on AirBNB that have spaces at Kona Makai Condos. This is a beautiful property with public beach access (though very strict rules with kids). We've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott listed below and it has a beautiful lagoon attached to property. Additional hotels listed are beautiful and right in Kona.
