Matt and Tia crossed paths at Chatham University, spending three years on campus as strangers. It wasn't until June 6, 2021, at Mario's, a local bar, that a mutual friend introduced them.

They instantly connected over their preference for Jack and Coke and the coincidence that Tia's family lived near Matt's hometown in Canada. From that day forward, they quickly became inseparable, attending friends' birthday parties and family gatherings together. It became clear to everyone around them how well they complemented each other: Tia's adventurous streak often pulled Matt into lively outings, while Matt's calm demeanor brought a sense of peace to their quieter moments.

Over the past three years, they've celebrated many milestones together, starting with Matt's graduation from Chatham's MSAT program, to the purchase of their first home, and now their engagement! Together, they bring out the best in each other, and are excited to share this next chapter with all of you!
