Kindly note that bookings made outside of this process will not secure your place on the guest list or entitle you to discounted rates.

Please do NOT book through the resort’s general website.

You can book at any time before January 1st, 2027 using the group booking code below. A personalized email with additional details will also be sent to you.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION

We kindly ask that all guests book their accommodations using the process outlined above. This not only secures a discounted rate for your stay but also allows the resort to recognize you as part of our wedding celebration, making coordination during the wedding events seamless.

Booking through our room block ensures access to the discounted rate and offers the convenience of a payment plan. You will also have the option to book your flights and accommodations together for a smoother travel experience if you prefer that route.

We encourage guests to book early, as the resort may reach full capacity around the wedding date.

BOOKING DEADLINE

All guests must book their accommodations by January 1st, 2027 at 4 PM PT / 5 PM MT / 6 PM CT / 7 PM ET.

If we do not receive your response by then, we will assume you are unable to attend and will mark you as not attending.

PRICING INFORMATION

All prices listed include both your room rate and the all-inclusive food and beverage package.

Rates are based per room, per night—not per person.

For example, if two guests stay in a Junior Suite for three nights, the total cost is $1,407 ($469 a night for two guests) for lodging, unlimited food and drinks, and taxes/fees.

Junior Suite:

One Adult: $421 per night

Two Adults: $469 per night

Three Adults: $639 per night

Four Adults: $809 per night

Executive Suite:

One Adult: $516 per night

Two Adults: $576 per night

Three Adults: $746 per night

Four Adults: $916 per night

Super Executive Suite:

One Adult: $598 per night

Two Adults: $660 per night

Three Adults: $830 per night

Four Adults: $1,001 per night

Kids 5-11 Years Old: $50 per night

Kids 12-17 Years Old: $70 per night

If you book a Junior Suite for two adults at $469 per night, you will simply add an additional $50 or $70 per child per night, depending on the child’s age. This adjustment will be reflected in your final nightly rate.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach

Junior Suite: Ideal for singles or couples.

Choose between one King bed or two Queen beds.

Max Occupancy: 4

Executive Suite: A great choice for groups of 4–6.

Features a private bedroom (one King bed or two Queen beds) and a pull-out sofa.

Max Occupancy: 6

Super Executive Suite: A great option if you are looking to splurge.

Same layout as the Executive Suite, but includes a private hot tub on the balcony.

Max Occupancy: 6

All room types include a kitchenette, dining area, and private balcony.

You may request adjoining rooms, but please book early, as they are subject to availability.

FLIGHTS

Book a flight with your favorite airline to San Jose Del Cabo International Airport (SJD). Suggested arrival date is Thursday, April 1st, 2027.

We encourage you arrive before noon to account for customs and immigration!

TRANSPORTATION

The easiest way to get to the resort is to book transportation through Pueblo Bonito. All of our guests receive up to 15% off when booking through our room block. You can arrange this directly with the resort.

However, please note that resort-arranged transportation is often shared with other Pueblo Bonito guests, which may result in longer travel times and multiple stops depending on where others are staying.

If you would prefer a quicker and more direct option, you are welcome to book private transportation.

PASSPORTS

Do not forget your passport! Double check to make sure your passport does not expire before April 2027. Passports may take up to 3 months to arrive so be sure to update or apply for a passport ASAP.
