Wedding Venue

Our wedding will be at Cider Hill Orchard in Kansas City, KS, on November 1, 2025. Please arrive and be seated by 3:45 pm. The venue address is: 3341 N 139th St, Kansas City, KS 66109 It's located off of K7 just North of Leavenworth Rd

What time should we arrive?

We recommend arriving at 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Guests will be asked to take their seats by 3:45 pm.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal, and we encourage guests to wear blue tones to complement our wedding colors. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, collared shirts with khakis or suits (no jeans, please!). Our wedding ceremony and parts of the reception will take place outside. Please dress warmly, taking into account the weather conditions. We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater to help complete your wedding outfit.

Will the wedding be outside?

The ceremony will be held outdoors under a covered structure, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors, with some activities and entertainment outside if the weather cooperates. Please dress accordingly for the season. We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater with you.

What is the policy on phones & photography?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we kindly ask guests to put their phones away during the ceremony. Any guest who does not respect our wishes will be asked to leave. Please feel free to take as many photos as you would like to during the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Due to the venue’s liquor license, we will be serving a small selection of beer & canned cocktails. Guests are encouraged to BYOB if they have a drink of choice, or bring a flask if they wish for something stronger.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Yes! Everything will take place at one venue, so you won’t have to worry about traveling between locations.
