****** Walking Distance From Loews Hotel Atlanta - MIDTOWN ATLANTA *******
Panera Bread and Chipotle are right across the street from the Loews Hotel for quick options. If you walk a little bit further on the corner of 14th and Peachtree St NE, there is a Chick Fil A and Starbucks. Right outside of Piedmont Park on 12th and Piedmont Ave NE is Willy's Mexican Grill and Shake Shack. However, below are plenty of other options that are more local to Atlanta that we love!
There is also a Publix Grocery Store (950 W Peachtree St NW) very close to the hotel with a free parking garage to go in and shop for essentials, as well as a Whole Foods (22 14th St NW Atlanta GA 30309) that validates parking. (Both stores carry Beer and Wine)
Mac's Beer and Wine Liquor Store is right across from the Publix for those looking other beer/wine/liquor options.
Politan Row at Colony Square
Walking distance to hotel. Colony Square ; Politan Row is an indoor Food Hall with tons of food and drink options!
Cafe Lucia
Walking distance to Hotel. Great spot for coffee, pastries, breakfast/lunch sandwiches, french toast, etc.

Very casual Mexican cuisine. Walking distance to hotel.
Café Intermezzo - Midtown
Right next door to our hotel! Upscale cafe serving coffee, pastries, and the best cheesecake! Cristina loves the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, Max loves the Oreo cheesecake cake.
Rumi's Kitchen Colony Square
Walking distance to hotel. Persian Cuisine, Upscale Dinner Idea. Great Atmosphere!
Pour Taproom: Midtown
Walking distance to hotel. Over 80 Beer & Wine self serve Taps , Food, and a Full Cocktail Menu. Check out the 3rd Floor and outdoor patio!

Piedmont Park
Walking distance to hotel. Walking around the park is a Must Do while you are visiting Atlanta! In May on Saturdays, the Piedmont Park Farmers Market will be in full swing - go check it out! The closest entrance will be on 12th and Piedmont Ave Ne. Within the park you can also visit Seans Heart of the Park, Park Tavern, Willys Mexican Grill, Shake Shack, and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.
Park Tavern
Walking Distance to hotel (through Piedmont Park), Or Uber/Lyft drivers are very familiar with where to drop you off. There is parking available for a charge. This is one of our favorite spots in the park for drinks! Quick bar food options. You get an awesome view of the skyline, and plenty of TVs for sporting events that weekend.

Walking Distance to hotel. Another Atlanta Classic. Nice Sit Down restaurant for people looking for brunch/dinner. Also has a fun rooftop for drinks!

Walking Distance to Hotel. Nice Italian Cuisine . Sit outside if you can :)

Causal Bar Food. .07 miles from the hotel.
*******Ponce City Market / Beltline Areas*******
You can pay-to-park in Ponce City Market. It is super easy to Uber/Lyft as well. This would be a great spot to 'walk the beltline' and see all the bars / restaurants along the walking trail.
If you wish to drive, another parking garage is available near Krog Street Market. From here you can walk to places listed (Lady Bird, Lingering Shade, Brew Dog, Jeni's Ice Cream etc.)
Uber / Lyft are the easiest options for getting around the city.
Ponce City Market
Ponce City Market is another Must See in Atlanta. This is another 'Food Hall' type of location, with tons of food and drink options. There are also places to shop as well as sit down restaurant options as well.
Once you are done exploring the market, make your way onto the Beltline. We are listing some of our favorite places along the beltline below.
New Realm Brewing Co.
A short walk on the beltline from Ponce City Market. Brewery with a Great Rooftop!
Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall
Look for the Yellow Umbrellas outside! They are known for their 'Juice Pouch' cocktails. Food is great also! The Pulled Pork and Mac & Cheese are good ones to try. They also have a speak-easy called Ranger Station. This is one of our Favorite spots!!

Glide Pizza
A walk-up pizza restaurant and order at the counter. We love their Pizza! Seating is minimal at an outside counter/ limited. Dave Portnoy recently visited here and gave his review..

A sweet treat for walking along the beltline.

****** The Battery ******
This area of Atlanta is where the Atlanta Braves play. The city created an area called "the battery" where there are tons of bars and restaurants right outside the stadium where all the roads will be closed off. If you wish to see the Braves play, this is a cool experience! It is about 10 miles from the Loews Hotel Atlanta.
