After matching on Hinge (classic), we went on our first date in total Kristen fashion - Joe's Kansas City BBQ. To make sure Ryan got to visit another favorite Kansas City spot, the second date involved the Negro League Baseball Museum and another BBQ dinner at Q39. After endless conversations, various gluten-free dishes, and a variety of drinks, we decided we wanted to spend more time with each other, and only each other. It's been quite the journey since then, with trips to Hawaii, Colorado, and North Carolina, a road trip to four MLB stadiums, and jam-packed Kansas City stays. Some of the best nights have been spent drinking wine at home with our two pups, Belle and Kona. Can't wait for many more years of all types of adventures!
