What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 15, 2024.
Will reception immediately follow the ceremony?
There is a small gap between the ceremony and the reception. Pineridge Hollow, where the reception will take place, is a village nestled in nature. It offers various amenities and experiences if you wish to explore before our reception begins. More information is available at pineridgehollow.com
How do I get to Pineridge Hollow?
Please note that when searched on Google Maps & Apple Maps, directions are not always accurate! Pineridge Hollow is as far North on Heatherdale Rd as possible (just outside the limits of Birds Hill Park).
Driving Directions:
- Drive East on Garven Road off Highway 59
- Follow the signs to turn left at Pineridge Road
- Right on Hillside Road
- Left on Heatherdale Road to the end and turn left into the parking lot

Is there parking available near the venue?
Yes, there is free parking at Pineridge Hollow.
What is the dress code for the reception?
Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a dress (midi or maxi), jumpsuits or separates (blouse and trousers). Please note that the venue will be outdoors (under/in a tent). We will be protected from the elements but a light jacket might be handy for dancing the night away!
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
The location will be outside, covered by a tent. Consider bringing layers to stay comfortable as the temperature may drop during the night.
What is the weather like in the area?
Spring weather can range anywhere from a high of 20C/68F to a low of 5C/41F.
Will alcohol be served at the reception?
Yes, we will have an open bar at Pineridge Hollow for you to enjoy. We would love everyone to enjoy the night out, but please drink responsibly.
Are there taxi services available?
Yes, taxi’s will be available to be called but since the reception is outside city limits, some planning may be required if you need their services.
Is there a wedding registry?
We're thrilled that you're coming to celebrate with us—and that's the best gift of all! We don't have a wedding registry but a wedding card box will be at our reception.
Can I send an e-transfer instead of giving cash at the wedding?
