Instructions for Making Monthly Self-Payments

Once you reserve your room with the above website, a reservation account will be created. You will be able to come back to your reservation account and make any number of payments that you wish, up until the final balance date.

1. Copy and paste the following wedding website link into your browser:

2. In the box where you would enter the invite code, click the link at the bottom right that says "sign in."

3. Guests will need to sign in using the email and password they used to create their booking.

4. Once signed in, you will be able to view your reservation.

5. Scroll down, accept the terms & conditions, and a button will appear to post your payment.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR!

Due to limited inventory, we recommend reserving your rooms ASAP. Reservations are based on a first come first serve basis.

March 1st, 2026 - Last day to reserve your room with initial nonrefundable deposit of $300 or full payment.

July 1st, 2026 - 50% of your hotel room payment due. If no payment received, the room(reservation) will be canceled and initial room deposit of $300 is nonrefundable (plus optional non-refundable transfer, insurance, and airfare).

September 15th, 2026 - Final Payment Due. NO EXCEPTIONS. Payment must be received on or before the due date or your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund of prior payments made (plus non-refundable transfer, insurance, and airfare).

Deposits and Payments must be received on or before the due date or your reservation will be automatically canceled and subject to applicable penalties (plus non-refundable transfer, insurance, and airfare).

You’ll be responsible to make your payments in a timely manner and pay the balance in full before the set deadlines.
