Dillon and I first met in high school, but after graduation, life took us in different directions. I went off to college and Dillon found his path in the oil field. We both moved forward with our lives, each on our own journey.

Years later, after I finished college, I moved back to Victoria and settled into a townhouse. Little did I know, my new home would be right next door to Dillon. We quickly became great friends, sharing laughs, stories and building a bond over time.

Dillon asked me out on several occasions, but I either didn't get the hint or was too afraid to risk our friendship by saying yes. Eventually, I realized what was right in front of me and we went on our first official date. From that moment, everything just fell into place.

The rest, as they say, is history. We're so excited to continue this journey together and can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
