The ceremony STARTS at 11:30am so please be at the venue and seated at least 15-30 minutes prior.

The reception will end at 3:30, with everyone off the premises by 4pm.

Wedding guest discount

For our out of town guests, Safety Harbor provides a wedding guest rate for all of our guests. To use the discount, you must call and ask about the Vidal/Wainwright wedding rate in order to apply it for your stay. Staying at the venue the night before could make getting ready less of a hassle since you would already be at the venue for the ceremony & reception.
