Where is the wedding taking place?
All wedding festivities will take place in the Kathmandu Valley, the capital city of Nepal. Details of each event are shared on the Events page.
Tribhuvan International Airport
Please arrange your flights to arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, located approximately 30 minutes from the city. Kindly send your confirmed itineraries to us so we can coordinate your transportation to and from the airport. Pre-paid taxis are also readily available.
How long of a trip should I plan?
We recommend a stay of at least one week, with two weeks being ideal (the longer the better!). We will be sharing recommended travel itineraries soon. Please plan to be in the city of Kathmandu from February 19-23, 2025.
Do I need a visa to visit Nepal?
Yes, most nationalities will need to obtain a visa to visit Nepal. You may apply for a visa on arrival at the airport or apply visa in advance from a local Nepali consulate in your country.

Where in Kathmandu should I stay?
While there are many hotel options for your stay in Kathmandu, we strongly recommend the Radisson Hotel for friends and Hotel Manaslu for family. Although rooms can be booked online directly, please contact the hosts with any questions.

While we understand that circumstances vary, we kindly suggest budgeting approximately USD 2,500 per person. Round-trip flight tickets typically range from USD 1,200 to 1,900 per person.
What is the currency used in Nepal?
Nepal uses the Nepalese Rupee (NPR). Currency exchange is available at the airport, hotels, and trusted money exchange companies, with an average conversion rate of 1 USD to 133 NPR. Cash is the most common form of payment. Please be cautious of fraudulent schemes, and do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
