Yes! We ask that all of our guest stick to an ALL-BLACK, semi-formal attire. For women this can include floor length dresses or jumpers, pants and blouse, or a cocktail dress. For men this can include dress pants and a dress shirt.

Yes! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception!

Please RSVP by October 1, 2025 at the latest.

If an RSVP is not received by the due date then you will be marked as "not attending" and will not be counted in the final headcount given to vendors.

Yes! The wedding ceremony and the reception that will follow will both be held at The Venue at Stonebrook Meadows located at 21030 Whippoorwill Ln, Bauxite, AR 72011

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. The ceremony area is paved with a pathway that leads to the area cocktail hour and the reception will take place. Please note that the parking area is gravel.

We kindly ask that all of our guests enjoy the ceremony without using their phones or cameras. We want our photographer to have a clear view and promise to share the pictures!

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 p.m. We recommend arriving by 3:30 p.m. to ensure that you have time to park and find a seat!
