Logan's perspective- Summer days back in middle school (2010) were always spent escaping the heat at the local neighborhood lake. One day in particular Sam (who is now one of my bridesmaids hehe) and I showed up to an unusually empty beach, no one there aside from a single boy who Sam knew from school and introduced to me as Aaron. I remember mentioning to Aaron that I could realllly go for a popsicle in this heat and that boy immediately hopped on his bike and rode 2 miles home, returning with an entire backpack full of them. He's been my best friend ever since. That is until I was 25, and he invited me on a mini road trip to pick up a fixer-upper Miata in Panama city, loving any excuse for a long drive myself I happily tagged along. Little did I know Aaron was actually tricking me into manual labor because this car was in a goat barn, buried in hay and goat poop... it took about 3 hours to dig it out, but with my best friend even that was a blast. On the drive home, around 3 o'clock in the morning, he kissed me, looked me in the eyes, and said I can die happy now. He's still my best friend, but I'm so lucky that he's so much more. ♡

Aaron's Perspective- I think I recognized love since I was a young boy. Friendship, too. And this is what I love most about Logan and I – that we are bonded by both. Logan and I first met at White Sands Beach where Id spent pretty much every day of my young life. We were introduced by a mutual friend, Sam, who I’ve known since middle school. Quickly, we learned we had many of the same friends and interests. Logan and I have a shared passion for being outdoors and on the water. We spent time together skating, riding bikes, and hanging out at the lake and even pushing each others tubing skills to the next level. In middle school, I would ride my bike several miles from my house to hers just to be able to spend time together. Growing up and through high school, our friends circle was similar and always gravitated together. Fast forward, it was as young adults that I really felt the spark reignite. We began traveling, exploring the country together and constantly find new hobbies we enjoy doing together.

Todays, we've been best friends more than half of our lives, and I’m so excited to make the commitment of spending the rest of lives together. ♡
