Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Please bring a coat or jacket to keep yourself warm during the ceremony. The reception will take place indoors.
Will there be a shuttle?
Yes! We plan to provide a shuttle that will transport guests to and from the wedding venue and the two hotels.
Hilton Garden Inn pick up times: 3:20pm & 3:30pm.
Courtyard Marriott pick up times: 3:35pm & 3:45 pm.
*Our busses will be able to accommodate all of our guests; however, they will be at max capacity. Please do not plan on waiting for the 2nd bus, we need to be sure the first bus gets filled up to ensure everyone gets a ride to the venue.*
The shuttle will leave The Pines hourly at 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11:00pm, and 12:00am.
Is overnight parking allowed?
Yes! You are able to park overnight at The Pines, they just ask that your vehicle be picked up by 9:30am on Sunday. Feel free to take the shuttle back into town or Ubers do come out to The Pines as well.
Are children invited?
Yes! If your child's name is listed on your RSVP form, they are invited! Please indicate if any children's meals are needed when asked while filling out your RSVP.
