It’s a very funny story, we both were starting to lose hope of ever finding someone so we both individually joined the World’s Largest Jewish Singles group on Facebook. One day the group posted separate posts asking members to post a photo, name and location for each 20’s, 30’s, 40’s etc. Aaron saw Sarah’s post and was very surprised to see someone as cute as Sarah and from Las Vegas in this group and decided to send her a message. Upon Aaron’s message asking Sarah if she was really from Vegas, Sarah said to herself “oh great another schmuck who thinks I’m a cocktail waitress at a hotel” once Aaron said he was surprised to find someone else from Vegas. A week later Aaron asked Sarah out on a date. After our second date the rest was history.

Aaron had surgery on his nose in December 2022 to fix a couple issues. Seeing Sarah’s nurturing nature taking care of Aaron it was the final piece for him to know he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Sarah. That same day in a lucid moment Aaron went on Amazon and bought a fake rose ring box and a very pretty engagement ring with Sarah’s birthstone as the center stone after showing Sarah the ring on his phone (she had no clue what he was up to and just thought it was their normal thing of showing each other jewelry. About a week or so later they went out to dinner at a restaurant they had been wanting to try. At dinner they each had a cocktail and as Sarah jokes Aaron waited to present the ring to her until she had a drink on board to ensure she would say yes. Technically because of their joking with each other Aaron got a little nervous and never actually asked Sarah to marry him instead said “let’s just say f*ck it”
