Aaron and Amanda met on Christian mingle. We had our first date in the beginning of September of 2022. We went to my one of my favorite restaurants, Cocina de Carlos in Perrysburg Ohio. After we were full and happy, we went to Fallen Timbers. We walked around and shopped together for about 3 hours. It was absolutely wonderful. We started dating that night. We spent every free moment talking to each other. He lived all the way in Findlay, and I lived in Walbridge. We facetimed every chance we could, and would spend each weekend together.

So September 3rd was our first day of our vacation to Gatlinburg, in the Smokey Mountains. We hiked around all over, and were in Cades Cove. We walked into the Methodist church there. It was peaceful and fully furnished. It was so beautiful. Aaron set his phone on the front pew. He then pulled out a ring, got down on his knee, and asked for my hand in marriage. He recorded that beautiful and amazing act.

Of course I said yes!!

We then started planning the beginning of our new life together. He moved into my parents' house because his lease in his Findlay apartment was over. He stayed there from November of 2022, till just this month. He now has an apartment in Walbridge.

Our wedding is going to be on April 13th, 2024 at our amazing Mainstreet church in Walbridge Ohio.
