Aashna and Nish's story began in August 2017 after their paths crossed on the dating app Dil Mil (shout-out to their friends Anjali and Rudy). Little did they know they were both swiping right on someone 700 miles away, with Nish living in Baltimore at the time and Aashna in Chicago. After about 5 months of talking long distance, Aashna and Nish finally decided to meet in person in the Windy City. The chemistry flowed just as well in person as it did through all the texts/calls (and the teeny tiny fear of being catfished was finally put to rest). Nish ended up missing his flight back to Baltimore that weekend because he wasn't ready to say goodbye so soon after finally meeting in person. After a memorable weekend of sight-seeing, partying and dinner dates, Nish asked Aashna to be his girlfriend and the rest as they say is history!
